I have spent many magical afternoons exploring this rugged park. The park is very photographic so don't forget to bring your camera.
West Quoddy Head State Park provides many opportunities for adventure; whether, you are an avid hiker, sightseer, photographer, or you just plain like nature. I just sit and listen to the waves roll the pebbles up and down a beach: What a soothing sound. I have met artists drawing, and painters capturing the beauty of the land. I even saw a house float by the lighthouse on a barge. You never know what you will encounter at West Quoddy Head State Park; but, I guarantee you will enjoy your visit. Come check it out.
